Meaning: This meme was designed to give an advice on something that can be of genuine concern, but which is in fact so unlikely that most people would consider it paranoid to completely follow the advice. It is distinguished from the Paranoid Parrot meme in that the advice is at least theoretically meaningful, and from the Actual Advice Mallard meme in that the advice is in fact not useful.

Origin: This meme (the actual image you see above) was posted in September 2013 to Reddit by user DontSayLostMyShit and was created by merging two existing memes, the Actual Advice Mallard (left) and the Paranoid Parrot (right):
